Ginger Strawberry Raspberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup flour + 2 tablespoons, divided
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Raspberries
