• 6 Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh basil, ribboned
  • 8 oz Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, sliced
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh ground black pepper and Kosher Salt


Arrange tomato slices, basil ribbons, and mozarella slices on platter. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over platter, to taste. *Note: While ingredients matter in most dishes, it’s especially important in dishes with only a few ingredients. Use fresh produce and the highest quality Olive Oil and Vinegar you can lay hands on for the best results.
