6 Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced
1 bunch fresh basil, ribboned
8 oz Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, sliced
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil

1 Shallot, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 lbs Fresh Green Beans, washed and trimmed
Juice of one Meyer Lemon
